Fron the outside they bring illuminedwhite plastic boxes into a luxury context. Inside they created various colour worlds into small boxes with a distinguished view for details. Thanks for it…

The Vienna architecture office Delugan Meissl creates a house containing of 4 cinemas, exhibition area, offices and laboratories, which is demand one’s attention. Inside the visitor getting in touch with an interesting space experience. Outside in the daytime, the sun creates different colours on the aluminium facade and therefore every day it doesn’t look like the same. At night the building change into a large light object and will be a new landmark in beautiful Amsterdam.

Aires Mateus – abstract architecture

The brothers Francisco and Manuel Aires Mateus founded in 1988 the office Aires Mateus & Associados in sunny Lissbon, Portugal and they raised fast to icons of modern architecture. They adapt traditional portugiese shapes into a detailed-free abstract surfaces on special and typical places, often in small villages. Formal the buildings are affected by a strong will of abstraction. The conceptual design is oftentimes a simple solution to create surprising three-dimensional moments and give the word “volume” a new materiality and Composition. Inside and outside were linked to each other and the abstract buildings show the great experience and knowledge of  the architects in handling light and surfaces.
